(Also just a quick correction of one of the comments above: The author Tove Jansson is Finland-Swedish, a minority in Finland, which means that even though she is Finnish her native language is Swedish (she wrote the books in her native language = Swedish). The landscape, as far as I understand, is 'moomin-land' rather than depicting an actual country). Oh my childhood favourite, and the book that started my love for book art (and strengthened my love for literature) as a small child. So happy you’re featuring this book Julia!
