The NY Art Book Fair 2009

This year’s NY Art Book Fair changed location once again, over the East River to Long Island City’s contemporary art museum P.S.1. I enjoyed this new location which felt more spacious with high ceilings and various rooms to explore. I especially liked that there was more wall space. Exhibitors took advantage of that and hung art and posters and signs and even masking tape made patterns on the walls behind their tables. For those of you who couldn’t make it out this year, here’s some photos of my favorite sights around the fair:

I get all excited at the sight of so many interesting books. I like how neat everything is displayed, at least in the pictures.

Thanks so much for sharing these photos! I wish all of these books were available online for those who couldn’t make it to New York. I so wish I was there!!!
