I was so impressed by Jochen Gerner’s first book he sent over and now even more blown away by this second gorgeous book. This time Jochen’s book is full of drawings he made while talking on the phone! Jochen says “It has become a sort of personal journal. It witnesses my conversations, my readings and my personal reality.” I love thinking of this book as a visual chart of Jochen’s thoughts and feelings while he was speaking to someone. The pages are jam packed with tiny little drawings, doodles and notes. My eyes don’t know where to look next, so many tiny little fun moments on each page. The book is beautifully produced- clothbound hardcover with an embossed stamp cover. You can get one here.
