This is a book of illustrated don’ts. Some are more interesting like “Don’t forget to do a full autopsy” or “Don’t get stuck in heavy syrup rain”. Others are less exciting- “Don’t hide your true feelings” or “Don’t regret anything.” The book opens with a snap and is packed with all different size pages, some that even fold out accordian style. All of the drawings and text have a nice cream graph paper background with a colored border. The drawings are all in black pen only. They seem like doodles from a sketchbook- the kind that take a little longer than fifteen minutes. Pauliina, the artist is from Finland. I’m pretty sure I got this book at Boing Being’s table at MoCCA Art Festival. They sold a lot of foriegn comics and handmade books I drooled over.
