a quick note since I've been gone so long

Hey sorry I’ve been away so long! I am married now since this past Saturday. And this week I have been trying to catch up on projects but it’s been hard.

Tonight I am giving a talk about Also’s work at the Art Director’s Club in NY. It’s on the occasion of us winning the Young Guns 6 award this year. If you want to come by, I think there is a small fee to get in. I am pretty last minute about this because I am pretty nervous and a bad public speaker. But I am using this as a learning experience.

Then tomorrow I leave for Iowa for a second reception with Matt’s family who couldn’t make it to our New York wedding. I am the lucky girl who gets two weddings with the same guy!

The blog won’t be officially back until I return on Monday evening. There is a lot of good stuff that has piled up around me that I can’t wait to share. Thanks everyone for your patience! See you soon, xo Julia
