Portland seems to be the new hip place to live. Although I’ve never been there, when Matt and I discuss ever buying a home, it’s always the back-up plan. “Well if we can’t afford the cramped 1 bedroom apartment for $500,000 in Park Slope, we can always move to Portland and get a 5 bedroom gorgeous house.” Recently the design company Psilo sent me over this Portland Funbook giving me even more reason to think Portland is the coolest. It’s full of puzzles, games, comics and artwork to color in by Portland’s talented artists. It’s an oversized 11×17″ activity book for adults. Plus, the book comes with a record of 12 songs by Portland musicians. Besides picking up a copy of this online right here, you should check out Psilo’s fantastic design work. I am really impressed with the three-d letters Drew constructed out of cardboard for the cover of this book. |
