I’m always surprised and enchanted by the latest creative expression spiraling out of Christian’s work. I have loved his animal sketches from his childhood, his more recent bold harlequin dancers, and the more somber madonna-like images of past work. What next, dear nephew? Can’t wait!

I love all of Christian’s work and will probably always be his greatest fan. I remember him drawing with the crayons, pencils, markers, etc around the age 2, with such focus and determination, always moving about in a stream of creativity. I remember so many of his wonderful earlier creations aside from the hundreds of small drawings and paintings there were the
accesories he made of swade with detailed
renderings he drew with a wood burning pen and the feather necklace strung with his hedgehog’s quills and all the wonderfully detailed skulpey figures. I’ll never forget when Christian graduated from RISD and returned home with a small U-Haul full of the enormous body of
creative work he had accumulated over those years. The city constructed out of cardboard, the rubber faced costume, the 3-d chess set and all of the incredible paintings and drawings, and yes best of all … all of those sketchbooks! Great work Christian … it has always made me so proud of you … don’t ever stop creating!

I know that guy. He also paints pretty incredible murals for free or cheap if you contact him. I think he did one for the new Ace Hotel in Manhattan, and a few in Portland Oregon.
