Sketchbook: Deanna Staffo

Can someone please explain the weather in NYC lately? It’s been cloudy and rainy for two weeks now. I am ready for some sunshine please. Luckily posting about these lovely sketchbook pages by illustrator Deanna Staffo is cheering me up. Here’s what she has to say about them: I’m an illustrator, but have just gotten back into steadily working in a sketchbook in the last year. There’s no rhyme or reason to the images, it’s just a place for me to draw all of the things I’m obsessed with – patterns, vintage typography, fashion, observational drawings of my husband and anything with a retro or circus theme. Sometimes I just like to draw intentionally silly things to make myself laugh. Check out more of Deanna’s work right here were you can find even more sketchbook pages and her blog here.
