I’ve been loving uber talented Julia Pott’s work ever since I first saw her animation My First Crush (and then watched it at least 30 more times!). Her characters, I am especially fond of the animals, have such personality. If Julia hasn’t already given us a clue as what they are thinking (mostly it seems these animals are falling in and out of love), it’s easy to imagine, just by the expressive looks on their faces. There is a great video interview with her made by Etsy which you must check out. Julia has the cutest accent and shares a sketchbook with beginning sketches from My First Crush that she never meant anyone to see.
